– All other consumables needed (ice, cups/lids, straws, napkins)

– 12 oz complimentary bag of coffee for the Bride and Groom

– Decaf or sugar-free options available

Booking Bear House

  • We offer a range of services with both our trailer (food truck) and our coffee cart.

    We can customize our drink menu for your occasion, to offer in addition to our menu of classic espresso-based drinks. We also have a number of non-caffeinated options like flavored chai, loose-leaf tea, and fresh-squeezed lemonade.

    Our popular brunch-type food items are also available with booking, such as breakfast tacos, grilled cheese, & French toast sticks.

    If you have other unique requests – let’s hear them! Our goal is to help personalize your special event through our offerings.

    Many events will require a minimum investment based on the expected guest count for us to accept a booking.

  • As soon as possible! The more notice we have before your event, the more likely we are to make it – and believe us, we’d love to be there!

    We accept bookings up to 18 months in advance. Evening events are most likely to be available, especially on shorter notice.

The Bear House Coffee Roasters truck was the perfect addition to our wedding night!

Mickey & Stephen were so accommodating and made sure we had our favorite coffee orders to share with our loved ones. Everyone enjoyed the extra caffeine to keep dancing on the dance floor and it was the perfect compliment to our wedding cake. Their house made syrups are incredible!
